Thimphu → Punakha

- Chimi Lhakhang (Fertility Temple)
- Punakha Dzong — the palace of great happiness, at the river confluence

Punakha → Paro

- Rinpung Dzong — fortress monastery overlooking the Paro valley

04Hike
Tiger's Nest Monastery (Paro Taktsang)
- Moderate hike to Paro Taktsang — monastery perched at 3,120m above the valley
- 4–6 hour round trip through pine forest with panoramic valley views
- Explore the sacred monastery clinging to the cliffside
- Optional hot stone bath (Dotsho) on return — traditional Bhutanese wellness

Paro → Phuentsholing
